Two eggs cooked any style with bacon or link sausage, served with breakfast potato and choice of white, wheat or rye toast.

The Professor’s Three-Egg Omelet
Your choice of fillings: ham, mushrooms, peppers, tomato, bacon, sausage, cheddar or provolone cheese, served with breakfast potato and choice of white, wheat or rye toast.

Gilligan’s Eggs Benedict
Two poached eggs on an English muffin with Canadian bacon topped with
Hollandaise sauce.
